Freshman Mile

Saturday afternoon Ryan won the National Championship in the Freshman Mile at the New Balance Indoor Championships in New York City. His PR time of 4:26.36 is #1 US 2011 Freshman, and #5 US All Time for a freshman.

New Balance Indoor Nationals

This Saturday afternoon, Ryan will be running in the Freshman Mile event at the New Balance Nationals. It is being streamed live on Facebook. His race is scheduled for 4:50, but the meet is on a rolling schedule - may be earlier, may be later. 34 boys entered in the event, Ryan should be in the final heat.
